How
it Works:
Using
ANI recognition, your customer will be greeted
with a professionally recorded welcome prompt
in their own language. They will then be asked
for their PIN number, and guided through an easy
to understand menu, designed to isolate their
exact request. Our proprietary customer service
software will then search the appropriate call
records and either issue the proper credit based
on your credit criteria, or politely inform the
customer that their request does not meet your
current criteria for a valid credit. If the credit
is approved, the re-charge is immediate. HSN will
work with you to design a customized call
flow, which not only allows customers
to request credits, but also allows you to collect
valuable information regarding the performance
of your product. Real time reports will allow
you to effectively manage your customer service
application, by providing you with total call
volume, amount and types of credit requests,
credit decision, and amount of re-charges. You
can also view important troubleshooting information
provided by the callers. In addition, you will
be able to play any recorded messages directly
from your PC.
